Fran is a Marketing Consultant specialising in the Arts, Culture, and Charity sectors, with an impressive portfolio that includes working with renowned organisations like the V&A, Barbican, UCL, Mind, and the British Library.

It’s always a privilege to work with someone whose passion for creativity and culture shines through in everything they do, and my recent session with Fran was no exception!

Fran reached out for a portrait session because she needed fresh images to reflect her work and personality. She couldn’t have picked a better location than the Barbican Conservatory - a space that perfectly combines her love of nature, art, and brutalist architecture (a girl after my own heart!).

The Barbican Conservatory provided an incredible backdrop for the shoot. The lush greenery, bold concrete structures and beautiful natural light created the perfect setting to capture Fran’s vibrant personality and professional poise. As someone who values creativity and strategic thinking in her work, Fran naturally gravitated toward this unique environment and her connection to the space added an extra layer of meaning to the shoot.

Throughout the session, we focused on creating a mix of approachable and polished portraits that reflect Fran’s extensive experience and her love for the arts and culture sector. Whether she’s helping organisations with strategic planning or managing cross-channel campaigns, Fran’s thoughtful and creative approach stands out. It was important that her images convey the same level of professionalism and warmth that she brings to her work.

What I loved most about this session was seeing how Fran’s passion for her field translated into the shoot. Her enthusiasm for nature, architecture, and the arts was infectious, and it was easy to see why she’s been able to make such a meaningful impact in her career!
