Brand photographer in East Sussex with Sarah Osmik Therapy

Sarah is a counsellor based near Brighton, offering warm, non-judgemental support to individuals across the UK, mainly online. Her integrative approach brings together different ideas and tools, shaping each session around what’s most helpful for the individual and it was important that her brand imagery reflected that same sense of warmth, openness and safety.

We began in the South Downs, surrounded by trees and soft light. The quiet of the setting gave space for gentle, natural portraits that carried a sense of calm and connection to nature. From there, we went onto our second location, Brighton - colourful and bold! Among the vibrant streets and cosy cafés, Sarah’s portraits took on a brighter, more playful edge, capturing the balance she holds between depth and lightness, reflection and everyday joy.

By working across these two settings, the resulting imagery tells a full story of Sarah and her practice: grounded, compassionate, but also full of colour, energy and life. These photographs will support her website and social media, giving potential clients an immediate sense of who she is and what it feels like to step into her world.
